Sikh Spirituality Network grew from our own journeys of searching, questioning and spiritual discovery.

With backgrounds in clinical psychology, chaplaincy and wellbeing, we have spent much of our professional lives exploring human suffering and approaches to healing. Yet through our personal experiences of Gurbani, Naam Simran and Sat Sangat, we discovered a deeper dimension beyond professional frameworks.

The Sikh Gurus and Bhagats offer profound insights into the mind, consciousness and spiritual freedom – inviting us not just to understand, but direct experience.

Our mission is to make these teachings and practices accessible to others, supporting people to deepen their connection with the Divine, discover their true nature and bring greater peace, awareness and spiritual connection into everyday life.
